All fares are per car. We will happily do shared rides (multiple stops) for rates that save each party money, but the cost will be a bit more than the regular fare. No extra charge for an extra stop in close proximity.

Yes we can SMS you before your requested date / time of transfer to a designated mobile number. Please advise at time of booking.
You will receive a booking confirmation by email / SMS. You must check that all the details are correct, and contact us immediately if there is any discrepancy. We will email you your paid tax invoice for your records.

Yes all our vehicles have a strict no smoking policy. Extra time can be allocated if a passenger requires it.
Your chauffeur will normally arrive 10 minutes before your designated pick up time. Should the driver be delayed due to traffic conditions or breakdown, we will call you and report the situation.

Yes, you can hire the chauffeur for as long as you require but we do charge a minimum of 2 hours for our vehicles if they are as directed. We do ask that extended hires are booked ahead of time as the allocated vehicle may have another transfer at the completion of your transfer.

A minimum period of 2 hours* is required. All other transfers would be quoted on a point to point basis. *Charges commence from time of departure from Perth CBD (base) to pick up location and thru to drop off all passengers inclusive and return to the Perth CBD. Additional time after first hour is charged in 15 minute increments, at the applicable vehicle hourly rate.
